Mediation is to help business partners, family and community members, divorcing couples and partners achieve freedom from conflict, peace of mind and resolution in an affordable way, without high cost or unnecessary legal fees and unproductive interactions. Mediation and guided dispute resolution methods can assist parties in coming to agreements on divorce asset divisions, child support, custody and parenting schedules or family, community and business matters.

Our message center acts as a personal assistant to provide a neutral source of communication, in a professional, productive manner, to avoid direct contact in high conflict cases. We assist by email or phone to relay messages and obtain responses for you in a quick, timely manner. We also manage monitored accounts for parents in establishing visitation schedules, payments and any other necessary changes or correspondence in a permanently documented manner.

Mediation is not just for a legal process.  It is also very helpful for families in resolving conflict with teens regarding academic, social or unhealthy behavior patterns, particularly in cases of divorces with underlying friction, resentment and pressure from a divided home and parents who try to use the children as a bargaining source for their personal  anger and alienation from the other parent. It is very helpful to have a neutral 3rd party to assist in unfolding the underlying emotions in order to bring peace to all those involved and restore a healthy quality of life to the parents as well as the children who are caught in the middle of these disputes.

Anger management is a psycho-therapeutic program for anger prevention and control in a guided manner.  One of the most effective ways of treatment is known as cognitive behavioral therapy. It also helps understand the scientific process of the mind while in conflict.  Anger is frequently a result of frustration or feeling blocked from getting something the subject feels is important to them and anger management has frequently been described as deploying anger successfully.

Anger in itself is not always a bad emotion, in fact it can often help individuals achieve success and motivation when directed in the right path.  The skill of management comes from recognizing the underlying emotions or frustrations, coping with them by reducing both the emotional feelings and the physiological arousal that anger causes and learning how to express them in a beneficial and productive manner.  You can not get rid of or avoid all the things or the people that enrage you, nor can you change them, but you can learn to methodically control your reactions.

Customized classes are designed for groups, on a one-on-one or online method for adults, teens, businesses, communities, families, private groups, schools and organizations, to teach the basic skills of Conflict Management and Anger Management in order to communicate in a productive method.  Court and employer ordered cases are also handled, with specific formatting to qualify for all the courts in the U.S.  I am a CAMS-1 NAMA certified Anger Management Specialist, listed on their referral list at www.namass.org

A Life Coach is not a therapist, but someone who looks to empower others by helping them identify their personal or business goals, meet and exceed them and develop an actionable plan to achieve them.  The coach to client relationship is such that it gives all the power back to you and your success is ultimately a result of your own responsibility towards following through.  The coach helps you come up with a reasonable plan, to follow each step in a timely manner and to be accountable to someone who tracks your progress.

The coaching programs are designed to help you rewire the beliefs that are holding you back and to help you step out of your comfort zone, while setting achievable goals.  Coaches are different from therapists in that they do not analyze, diagnose, prescribe treatment or try to resolve past issues or traumas.  They only deal with current obstacles that are holding you back from the type of life you wish to live with a results oriented approach to take you from feeling stuck to liberated and successful.

The final goal is to help you become the most empowered and best possible version of yourself by addressing the three main areas of well-being in life: mentally, emotionally and physically.   Although they are each approached with a very different blueprint, ultimately they are very much connected to each other to achieve complete balance and harmony for a better quality of life.
